I believe every student deserves to graduate knowing how to communicate, navigate relationships, and lead themselves with confidence.

The truth is, most young people are expected to handle conflict, set boundaries, make healthy decisions, and advocate for themselves without anyone ever teaching them how. Those missing skills don't just affect the classroom. They shape friendships, families, careers, and the direction of a person's life.

That's why I created the COST Curriculum™, a communication and relationship framework that helps middle and high school students develop the life skills they'll carry long after graduation. Through practical conversations about boundaries, conflict, confidence, identity, and decision-making, students gain language they can use immediately. Educators gain that same language, creating a shared framework that strengthens school culture long after the workshop ends.

My passion for this work didn't begin in a classroom.

It began in my own life.

I know what it's like to make decisions without understanding your worth. I know the cost of people pleasing, unhealthy relationships, weak boundaries, addiction, trauma, and believing lies about yourself. After serving in the United States Navy, I spent years rebuilding my life through recovery, healing, and discovering the power of healthy communication and personal responsibility. Those experiences shaped not only who I became, but also the mission I'm called to fulfill.

Today, I partner with schools, districts, educators, and student leaders to help young people build the communication and relationship skills they'll use for the rest of their lives.

Along the way, I've been honored to serve as a Navy veteran, bestselling author, certified Peer Support Specialist, certified ASIST Suicide Intervention professional, minister, former Louisiana State Leader for Mission 22, and creator of the COST Curriculum™. My work has been featured on TBN, The Speaker Lab Podcast, the Louisiana First Foundation, and dozens of podcasts and events across the country.

But titles aren't what matter most to me.

What matters is hearing a principal tell me that months after I leave, students are still using the language we learned together. They're setting healthier boundaries. They're navigating conflict differently. They're becoming leaders in their classrooms, on their teams, and in their communities.

That's why I do this.

Because communication isn't just another life skill.

It's the foundation that shapes every relationship, every opportunity, and every future.
